After 3 days, I put the stuff on the hot water heater…we have had a bit of a cold spell here in Bucks County and the next day it was frothy.
So the next step is to put 1 1 lb dark brown sugar in a saucepan with 1 1/2 cups of water and bring to a simmer until the sugar melts. Let it cool for just a bit and combine with a cup of light beer.
Stir this stuff into the brew and let it sit for one or two more days.
Some guy on twitter told me he had some the other day and was not impressed.
I expect to be impressed.
